1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prowve, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Prowve is a challenge platform where users set goals, stake money, and prove their commitment. Real stakes require real consequences - that's the point.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Challenges and Stakes

When you create a challenge and stake money, you enter a binding commitment. Stakes are non-refundable unless the challenge is cancelled by Prowve due to technical errors. Completed challenges release stakes to the user. Failed challenges forfeit stakes.

5. Verification

Users must provide evidence of challenge completion. We reserve the right to verify all submissions and make final decisions on challenge outcomes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: create false challenges, submit fraudulent completion evidence, harass other users, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prowve is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through participation in challenges. Users stake at their own discretion and assume all risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Prowve after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
